Evictions filings by address 2010-2022 (Ontario)
Evictions filings include those initiated through a Form L1: Application to Evict a Tenant for Non-payment of Rent and to Collect Rent the Tenant Owes; Form L2: Application to End a Tenancy and Evict a Tenant or Collect Money; L3: Application to End a Tenancy – Tenant Gave Notice or Agreed to Terminate the Tenancy; or L4: Application to End a Tenancy and Evict a Tenant – Tenant Failed to Meet Conditions of a Settlement or Order. It is possible for a single case to be associated with more than one form and may include additional form types not directly tied to eviction, such as L8, L9, or L10. These counts do not include tenants who are evicted illegally or choose to move before a formal legal process is initiated.
