Evictions Filings (British Columbia)
Evictions filings include all applications in which a landlord is seeking possession. These counts do not include tenants who are evicted illegally or choose to move before a formal legal process is initiated. The data was provided through Information Access Operations. Additional details about ending a tenancy can be found on the British Columbia Residential Tenancies website.
