Eviction Filings by Municipality (Alberta)
Evictions filings include Landlord Applications for Termination of Tenancy and Unpaid Rent. These counts do not include tenants who are evicted illegally or choose to move before a formal legal process is initiated. The data was provided through FOIP (Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy).
